Refund & Return Policy

At Sukh Style, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read through our Refund and Cancellation Policy below to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns.

• • We offer a 3-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 7- 10 business days.

  For Damage and  Defective product
  

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the item.  

  • Replacement products will be delivered within 7 days.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within  48 hours  of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the seller/merchant, is in the shipping stage, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.

    2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

    3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.

  Shipping Fees :

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). If you return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
